These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products, services, website, and participation in workshops or events. By engaging with our business, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made in-person or online must be paid in full at the time of sale unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Returns and Refunds

Farmers Market Goods (e.g., produce, microgreens): All sales are final due to the perishable nature of the products.

Art and Prints: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom or commissioned work is non-refundable.

Workshops/Classes: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Workshops and Studio Use

Participants must follow all safety rules and instructions provided by staff.

We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property during workshops or events.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and materials provided by us are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our work without prior written permission.

5. Liability

We make every effort to provide high-quality products and services, but we are not liable for:

Allergic reactions or health issues related to food products.

Damages or losses arising from misuse of our products.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Website and Online Use

If you use our website, you agree not to misuse it or attempt unauthorized access.

Content on our site (images, text, logos) is our property and may not be copied or used without consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms
